These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (the “Website”) and your purchase of products from Allied Custom Gifts Inc (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Website or place an order.

Our Business

Allied Custom Gifts Inc operates an independent online retail store primarily offering handmade felt products across three main categories:

Home décor and decorative accessories
Seasonal, holiday, and special-occasion gifts
Children’s toys and imaginative play products

Our products may include felt flower arrangements, garlands, ornaments, wall hangings, decorative figures, seasonal decorations, gift items, finger puppets, activity sets, soft toys, and related handmade felt products.

We do not provide financial, banking, medical, childcare, educational, or professional safety advisory services.

Eligibility

By using the Website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Products intended for infants or children must be selected, installed, and used by a responsible adult in accordance with the product description, age recommendation, warning label, care instructions, and intended-use information.

However, slight differences may occur between the product displayed online and the product received.

Because many products are handmade, hand-finished, personalized, or produced in small batches, minor variations in the following may occur:

Shape and dimensions
Stitching and seam placement
Color and material texture
Pattern or decorative-element placement
Flower, leaf, character, or ornament arrangement
Finish and handmade detailing

These natural handmade variations make each item unique and are not generally considered defects.

Product colors may also appear differently because of lighting, photography, screen calibration, or material availability.

We reserve the right to update, modify, limit, discontinue, or replace products, descriptions, materials, prices, quantities, and promotional offers at any time.

Handmade Products

Many of our products are made or finished by hand. Small irregularities, natural material variations, visible stitching, slight asymmetry, or minor differences from product photographs may be part of the product’s handmade character.

Handmade products should be handled with reasonable care. Pulling, stretching, crushing, soaking, exposing items to excessive heat, or using them outside their intended purpose may cause damage.

Minor creasing or compression caused by shipping can usually be corrected by gently reshaping the item by hand and allowing it to rest in a dry, ventilated area.

Home Décor and Seasonal Products

Felt flowers, garlands, wreaths, ornaments, wall hangings, decorative figures, and seasonal decorations are intended primarily for decorative use unless the product page clearly states otherwise.

Decorative products:

Should not be treated as toys unless specifically identified as toys
Must be kept away from open flames, heating appliances, and excessive moisture
Should be installed securely using appropriate fixtures
Must be kept away from infants and young children when they contain cords, loops, small parts, detachable decorations, beads, bells, buttons, or similar components

Seasonal and holiday products are not fireproof unless specifically stated.

Customers are responsible for choosing a safe installation location and regularly checking hanging points, cords, hooks, and attachments.

Children’s Toys and Play Products

Products described as children’s toys or play products must be used according to the age recommendation and instructions shown on the product page, label, or packaging.

Adult supervision may be required, especially for products containing:

Small or removable parts
Strings, cords, loops, or handles
Buttons, beads, bells, or decorative attachments
Finger puppets, loose characters, or activity pieces
Handmade stitching that may loosen through heavy use

Parents, guardians, and caregivers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for a child’s age, development, abilities, and intended use.

All packaging materials must be removed before giving a product to a child and kept out of reach of infants and children.

Customers should inspect children’s products before each use. Products that become torn, damaged, loose, or incomplete should no longer be used until repaired or replaced.

Decorative nursery and children’s room products are not automatically suitable for sleeping environments, teething, unsupervised play, or placement inside a crib, bassinet, or playpen.

Personalized and Custom Products

Certain products may be personalized or customized using names, colors, themes, messages, dates, decorative elements, or other customer-selected details.

You are responsible for reviewing and confirming all personalization information before submitting an order, including spelling, capitalization, dates, colors, measurements, and design selections.

We are not responsible for errors that appear exactly as submitted or approved by the customer.

Once production has started, personalized, custom-made, made-to-order, or special-request products may not be canceled, changed, returned, or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the confirmed order details.

We may contact you if submitted customization instructions are unclear, incomplete, inappropriate, technically impractical, or potentially infringe third-party rights.

Prices, Taxes, and Payment

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Product prices generally do not include shipping charges, sales tax, gift wrapping, upgraded packaging, expedited delivery, or other optional charges. Applicable fees will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Sales tax may be collected where required by law.

By submitting an order, you authorize Allied Custom Gifts Inc and its payment service providers to charge the total amount shown at checkout to your selected payment method.

You are responsible for providing accurate and current billing, shipping, contact, and payment information.

We may cancel or place an order on hold if:

Payment is declined or cannot be verified
Fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected
Billing and shipping information cannot be confirmed

Orders and Acceptance

An automated order acknowledgment confirms that we received your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate business reasons, including product unavailability, payment issues, suspected fraud, inaccurate pricing, invalid shipping information, customization problems, or fulfillment limitations.

An order is generally accepted when we confirm that it has entered fulfillment or when the product is shipped.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Order Changes and Cancellations

We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after:

Product preparation has begun
A personalized or made-to-order item has entered production
An order has been packed
A shipping label has been created
The package has been handed to the carrier

Approved order changes may affect processing time, product price, taxes, or shipping charges.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping methods, processing times, charges, supported destinations, tracking, and delivery procedures are described in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We currently ship within the United States unless otherwise stated on the Website.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carrier disruptions, severe weather, public holidays, high order volume, seasonal demand, address errors, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Processing time and shipping time are separate. Selecting expedited shipping does not shorten the production or preparation time required for handmade, personalized, or made-to-order products.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Risk of loss and responsibility for a shipment transfer in accordance with applicable law and the terms of our Shipping Policy.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, replacements, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our separate Refund & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Returned products must satisfy the applicable return requirements and must generally be unused, clean, complete, and in their original condition.

Items may be ineligible for return or full refund if they are:

Used, washed, worn, installed, altered, or repaired
Stained, damaged, stretched, crushed, or exposed to moisture
Missing components, accessories, labels, or packaging
Returned outside the stated return period
Personalized, customized, made-to-order, clearance, or final-sale products
Damaged because of misuse, improper storage, or failure to follow instructions

This does not limit any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

Final Sale and Non-Returnable Products

Products marked “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” “Non-Returnable,” “Personalized,” “Customized,” or “Made to Order” may not qualify for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the confirmed order.

Any applicable restrictions will be stated on the product page, at checkout, or in our Refund & Return Policy.

Gift Purchases

Customers purchasing products as gifts are responsible for confirming the recipient’s shipping address and reviewing any gift message, personalization, or special instructions before submitting the order.

Gift wrapping or upgraded packaging may be available for an additional fee.

The original purchaser remains responsible for communicating with us regarding payment, order changes, refunds, or delivery issues unless otherwise permitted.

Care and Maintenance

Care instructions may vary depending on the product.

Unless otherwise stated, handmade felt products should generally:

Be spot-cleaned gently
Be kept dry
Not be machine washed or tumble dried
Not be ironed directly
Be kept away from open flames and high heat
Be stored without heavy objects placed on top
Be reshaped gently after storage or shipping

Failure to follow care instructions may damage the product and may affect eligibility for a return, replacement, or refund.

Intellectual Property

All Website content, including product designs, photographs, text, illustrations, graphics, logos, layouts, videos, icons, product names, and software, is owned by or licensed to Allied Custom Gifts Inc and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, display, scrape, download, or create derivative works from Website content without our prior written permission.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the product design, Website content, photographs, trademarks, or other intellectual property.

We may refuse customization requests that we reasonably believe violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights.
