Shipping Area
We currently ship orders within the United States only.
If your shipping address is outside our supported area, you may be unable to complete your order. If an unsupported order is accepted by mistake, we may contact you to cancel it and issue a refund to the original payment method.
Our Products
Allied Custom Gifts Inc primarily sells handmade felt products for three main uses:
- Home décor and decorative accessories
- Seasonal, holiday, and special-occasion gifts
- Children’s toys and imaginative play products
Our collection may include felt flower arrangements, garlands, hanging decorations, ornaments, decorative figures, gift items, finger puppets, activity sets, soft toys, and related handmade felt products.
Because many items are handmade, minor differences in shape, stitching, color placement, size, or texture may occur. These variations are part of the handmade character of each product and are not considered defects.
Shipping Carriers
We work with reliable shipping providers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other logistics partners to help deliver orders safely and efficiently.
The carrier selected for your order may depend on the package size, weight, destination, product type, and available shipping services.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.
Handmade, personalized, made-to-order, or customized products may require additional preparation time. Any longer production or processing period will be stated on the applicable product page or communicated to you after your order is placed.
During peak shopping seasons, holidays, promotional events, or periods of high order volume, additional time may be required for product preparation, quality inspection, and packaging.
Handmade and Customized Orders
Some felt products may be handmade, personalized, or prepared after an order is placed.
Customized products may include names, colors, themes, decorative elements, gift messages, or other customer-selected details. Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalization information before submitting an order.
Once production has started, personalized or custom-made products may not be eligible for cancellation, exchange, or return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved order details.

Packaging
Each order is carefully packaged to help protect the product during transportation.
Depending on the product, packaging may include protective wrapping, sealed bags, mailers, sturdy boxes, tissue paper, cushioning materials, inserts, or other protective materials.
Felt flowers, garlands, ornaments, decorative figures, and other shaped items may be compressed slightly during shipping. After delivery, gently reshape the product by hand and allow it time to return to its intended form.
Products containing structured parts, delicate decorations, hanging components, or handmade details may receive additional protective packaging.
Gift wrapping, upgraded packaging, or special packaging requests may involve additional fees where available. Any applicable charges will be displayed before checkout is completed.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times may be displayed at checkout based on your shipping address and selected shipping method.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carrier disruptions, weather conditions, public holidays, seasonal demand, high order volume, address errors, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Processing time and delivery time are separate. Selecting an expedited shipping service does not reduce the production or processing time required for handmade or personalized products.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package dimensions, weight, and selected shipping service.
Applicable taxes, if any, will be shown separately at checkout.
Free standard shipping is available on orders totaling $100.00 or more.
The order subtotal must remain at least $100.00 after discounts, coupons, promotional credits, or other reductions have been applied.
Additional charges may apply for:
- Gift wrapping or upgraded packaging
- Personalized or custom packaging
- Oversized or unusually shaped products
- Expedited shipping services
- Additional protective packaging
Any additional fees will be disclosed before the order is completed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.
Please allow the carrier additional time to activate or update the tracking record after the package has been accepted.
Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may occasionally be delayed or incomplete.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. This includes any apartment, suite, unit number, ZIP code, and valid contact information.
We are not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, lost shipments, or additional expenses caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information supplied by the customer.
If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing or shipment has begun.
If a package is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages
We carefully inspect and package our products before shipment, but damage or delivery problems may still occur in transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the outer shipping package
- Clear photographs of the internal packaging
- Clear photographs or videos showing the damaged product
- A brief description of the issue
Please do not discard the product, packaging, labels, or shipping materials until the claim has been reviewed, as they may be required for inspection or a carrier claim.
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us with your order number and tracking information. We will make reasonable efforts to review the shipment status and assist with the carrier.
After reviewing the situation, we may provide a replacement, partial refund, full refund, store credit, or another appropriate resolution in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
Felt Product Care After Delivery
Some felt products may arrive slightly compressed, creased, or reshaped because of protective packaging.
To restore the product:
- Remove it carefully from the packaging
- Gently reshape the felt by hand
- Allow it to rest in a dry, well-ventilated area
- Avoid pulling, stretching, or applying excessive heat
- Keep it away from moisture, open flames, and prolonged direct sunlight
Minor creasing caused by shipping is generally temporary and does not indicate product damage.
Home Décor and Seasonal Product Notes
Felt flowers, garlands, wall hangings, ornaments, wreaths, and seasonal decorations are intended primarily for decorative use unless the product page states otherwise.
Decorative products should be installed securely and kept away from open flames, heating sources, excessive moisture, and areas where they may create a tripping, choking, or entanglement risk.
Hanging decorations should be inspected regularly to ensure that cords, loops, hooks, and attachment points remain secure.
Children’s Product Shipping and Safety Notes
Products intended for children should be inspected immediately after delivery and before use.
Please confirm that the product is clean, undamaged, complete, and suitable for the child’s age and intended use.
Adult supervision may be required, particularly for products containing small parts, removable accessories, strings, loops, buttons, beads, bells, or decorative attachments.
Packaging materials must be removed and kept away from infants and children.
Decorative nursery products, wall hangings, garlands, and ornaments are not automatically toys. They should be installed securely and kept out of reach of infants and young children unless the product is specifically described as suitable for supervised play.
Always follow the age recommendations, care instructions, warnings, and intended-use information shown on the product page or packaging.
Risk of Loss
Responsibility for the shipment transfers in accordance with applicable law and the terms of the selected carrier.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist with eligible delivery problems, lost packages, transit damage, and carrier-related delays in accordance with this Shipping Policy and our Refund & Return Policy.
Undeliverable and Refused Packages
Packages that are refused, unclaimed, or returned as undeliverable may be subject to return shipping costs and reshipment fees.
Original shipping charges may not be refundable unless the return resulted from an error by Allied Custom Gifts Inc or the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.
Customized or personalized products returned as undeliverable may not qualify for a product refund, subject to applicable law.
Additional Packaging and Insurance Fees
Certain products may require additional protective packaging or shipping insurance because of their size, structure, decorative details, or customization.
Any related fees will be clearly disclosed at checkout before payment is completed.
